Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Part time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team, working Monday through Friday, 8:00a.m. to 1:00 p.m. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer support and administrative assistance, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain and organize office files, Scanning them in to our system, ensuring easy access to important documents.
Provide administrative support by handling correspondence, Making payments and managing office supplies.
Perform personal assistant duties for insurance agents as required.
Light bookkeeping.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
