For the Medical Receptionist position, the job requirements include:

· Warmly greet, welcome, and assist patients

· Print, handle, and scan all patient-related documents

· Professionally answer and return phone calls

· Correctly verify insurances, collect co-payments, and balance cash receipts

· Completely enter patient information into electronic health records (EHR)

· Kindly assist patients with insurance, plans, and benefit questions

· Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned

-Help create a positive and professional work environment

-Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the center
