Full Job Description

The employee in this position will answer telephone calls, greet visitors, and perform other job duties using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. An essential function of this job is to present a friendly, professional and helpful attitude to all people that communicate with Mervis Industries, Inc. as well as devote attention to detail and accuracy.

DUTIES:

1. Answer and direct incoming calls

2. Direct incoming vendors, visitors, etc.

3.Audit ACH payments and mail checks.

4. Mailing and shipping materials

5. Document Imaging

6. Data entry

7. Miscellaneous filing

8.Order office supplies and supplies for all Mervis locations.

9. Other office duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High school diploma or equivalent

2. Knowledgable with Microsoft Office and Outlook

3. The ability and willingness to learn new skills

4. The ability to work together with other employees as a team

5. Excellent communication skills

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
