Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Remote Data Entry Clerk and become a vital part of our organization’s data management operations! In this role, you will leverage your technical proficiency and organizational skills to accurately input, update, and maintain essential data across various databases and software platforms. Your attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality will ensure our data remains precise and secure, supporting efficient business processes and informed decision-making. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while providing an engaging environment where your productivity and accuracy are highly valued.

Duties

Enter, verify, and update data in multiple database systems, including ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and spreadsheets
Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and other productivity software to organize and manage data efficiently
Perform data collection tasks from various sources, ensuring completeness and accuracy
Create and maintain detailed records through data entry in Excel, including the use of pivot tables and data analysis techniques
Handle confidential information with integrity, adhering to privacy policies and security protocols
Conduct order entry tasks accurately using specialized software and ensure timely processing of information
Assist with clerical duties such as filing, transcription, and organizing digital documents to support administrative workflows

Experience

Proven clerical or office experience with a focus on data entry or administrative support
Familiarity with database systems, including ERP platforms and database management tools
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—especially Excel for data analysis and spreadsheet management
Experience with 10 key typing at high speed for efficient data input
Knowledge of basic math principles for accurate calculations during data processing
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining high levels of accuracy
Prior experience in customer service or office environments that require organizational skills and attention to detail
