Full Job Description

LONG TERM TEMPORARY CONTRACT on site in West Haven, CT
Hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm

Responsibilities:

Performs all administrative duties associated with the front office “reception” area.
Processes all calls/faxes/mail and visitors
The receptionist helps the company run smoothly and plays a critical role in maintaining the company's professional image and customer relationships.
Answers the switchboard promptly and greets visitors.
Greets the caller or visitor with a polite, friendly and professional voice.
Greets and processes all visitors in accordance with current policies, ex. visitor practices policy.
Performs data entry, mailing, filing, faxing, photocopying and other clerical duties as required.
Knowledge of MSOffice, Teams and Excel
Assist with set up of new orientation packets and training event packets
Assist with weekly timecards of temporary manufacturing employees
additional administrative tasks as needed
