Receptionist (Career Path to Intake Coordinator)

Full-Time | Starting Reception at $23–26/hour DOE + Excellent Benefits
Full-Time | Starting Intake Coordinator at $26-31/hour DOE within 6 months

Looking for more than a receptionist job?

At Johnston Law Firm, we're looking for someone who wants to start at our front desk and quickly grow into our Client Intake Coordinator role within 6 months. Pay would increase commensurate with the advancement into the Client Intake Coordinator role.

No legal experience? No problem. We hire for attitude, professionalism, and exceptional customer service—we'll teach you the rest.

What You'll Do

· As you demonstrate success, you'll receive training to transition into our Client Intake Coordinator role. With increased responsibility comes increased compensation, professional growth, and opportunities for advancement. Within 6 months, you will transition to this new position.

· Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth

· Answer incoming calls with empathy and confidence

· Schedule consultations and support prospective clients

· Keep the front office organized and running smoothly

· Assist attorneys and staff with administrative projects

· Learn our personal injury practice and client intake process

Qualifications

· At least one year of customer service, hospitality, sales, medical office, legal office, or other client-facing experience
