Overview

Allergy, Asthma and Immunology of the Rockies is a locally owned and operated clinic seeking a dedicated and compassionate Front Desk Receptionist to join our healthcare team 3-5 days a week. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in greeting our patients and making them feel welcome. This poistion will be located at our Glenwood and Willits location. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, organization skills, computer skills, and be a team player.

Responsibilities

Answering phones, scheduling appointments
Patient Registration
Data input

Skills

Experience in hospital medicine or medical-surgical environments is a plus.
Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
Familiarity with coding practices for accurate billing processes.
Understanding of geriatrics and pediatrics the unique needs of older patients.
Ability to work efficiently within healthcare systems while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Bilingual is preferred.
