Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Operations Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship management skills and a passion for connecting with talent. This role is crucial in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top candidates to meet our organizational needs. The Operations Support Specialist will work closely with unit Managers and Recruitment Supervisor to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. The Operations Support Specialist also provides office support with the day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Utilize various platforms and tools for lead generation and candidate outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct thorough research to identify talent pools and market trends.
Leverage applicant tracking systems to manage candidate information efficiently.
Collaborate with the Recruitment Supervisor to ensure alignment on recruitment goals.
Provide support in contract negotiations and offer letters as needed.
Stay updated on industry best practices in technical recruiting.
Distribute supplies and equipment
Provide office support
Perform physical count of inventory
Receive, unpack and re-stock inventory as needed
All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Proven experience in recruiting.
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
Familiarity with lead generation techniques and tools.
Experience using Excel and Microsoft Teams
Excellent research skills to identify potential candidates and market insights.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
Knowledge of human resources principles and practices is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
