POSITION OVERVIEW:

Catalytic Combustion is immediately hiring for a Recruitment & HR Specialist. This position is responsible for leading the organization's talent acquisition efforts while providing broad human resources support across the employee lifecycle. This position partners with hiring managers to attract, recruit, and onboard high-quality talent while ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience. In addition, the role supports HR administration, employee relations, compliance, HRIS maintenance, and various HR initiatives that contribute to organizational success.

Location: Bloomer, WI

Hours: 4 day work week! 9am-7pm, Tuesday - Friday with Mondays off. This position will support the HR functions for the evening shift

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required
Bachelors or associates degree in business management or human resources, and/or equivalent experience in recruitment and HR is required
3+ years of HR and/or recruitment experience is preferred
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
