Are you passionate about real estate, leadership, recruiting, and helping agents grow successful businesses?

We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Real Estate Growth & Recruiting Manager to lead the growth and productivity of a Keller Williams brokerage in the Seattle area. This is a high-impact leadership role focused heavily on recruiting top real estate talent, coaching agents, driving office growth, and building a strong, collaborative culture.

The ideal candidate is a natural connector who thrives on building relationships, influencing others, and creating momentum. You should be energized by recruiting conversations, growth goals, leadership opportunities, and helping agents increase their production and business success.

This role combines recruiting, business development, coaching, and leadership into one exciting opportunity with significant growth potential.

Responsibilities

Recruit and attract top real estate agents through networking, relationship-building, social media, events, and strategic outreach
Conduct career consultations and interviews with prospective agents
Build and maintain strong recruiting pipelines and agent relationships
Drive office growth through consistent recruiting activities and retention efforts
Coach and consult agents on lead generation, productivity, goal setting, and business growth
Lead weekly trainings, sales meetings, and accountability conversations
Support onboarding and integration of new agents into the brokerage
Monitor recruiting and productivity metrics to identify opportunities and improve results
Stay current on local market trends and industry best practices
Foster a positive, growth-oriented, and collaborative office culture

Qualifications

Active Washington State Real Estate License required
2+ years of experience in real estate sales, recruiting, leadership, coaching, or business development
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to influence, motivate, and connect with people
Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving results
Comfortable leading meetings, coaching conversations, and recruiting appointments
Highly organized with strong time-management skills
Tech-savvy and proficient with CRM systems, social media, and recruiting tools
Self-motivated with a strong growth mindset and accountability
Passion for leadership, recruiting, and helping others succeed

Compensation

$84,000 - $175,000+ USD yearly
(Includes salary, bonuses, and growth incentives)
