Join Our Team!

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and people-focused HR Associate / Recruiter to help attract, hire, and support top talent. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating a positive candidate experience, and contributing to a collaborative workplace culture.

As an HR Associate / Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while assisting with a variety of human resources functions. You'll work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and support employee onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Create and post compelling job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through resume reviews, phone screens, and interviews.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Conduct reference checks and assist with employment offers.
Maintain an organized applicant tracking system and recruitment records.
Monitor recruitment metrics and recommend process improvements.

Human Resources

Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation.
Assist with employee records and HR documentation.
Support benefits enrollment and HR programs as needed.
Help ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives, training, and special HR projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1–3 years of recruiting or human resources experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/Applicant Tracking Systems.
Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices is preferred.
