Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Premier Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment initiatives and drive strategic talent management efforts across the banking industry. This role requires a proactive professional with extensive experience in full cycle recruiting, external sourcing, and talent acquisition platforms. The ideal candidate will excel in building strong relationships with candidates and clients, managing complex recruitment processes, and collaborating closely with executive leadership to align hiring strategies with business objectives. We are currently hiring for a Premier Recruiter for a leading global financial institution.

What will you do as an Premier Recruiter?

Acts as a trusted advisor to assigned business/group.
Influences and negotiates to achieve business objectives.
Assists in the development of strategic plans.
Helps determine business priorities and best sequence for execution of business/group strategy.
Conducts independent analysis and assessment to resolve strategic issues.
Designs and produces regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards.
Builds change management plans of varying scope and type; leads or participates in a variety of change management activities including readiness assessments, planning, stakeholder management, execution, evaluation and sustainment of initiatives.
Supports development and execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Who qualifies for the Premier Recruiter position?

5-7 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study (HR designation) or combination of education and experience.
Experience hiring within Banking/Financial Industry
Previous experience & demonstrated results in recruiting or sourcing - In-depth.
Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience

What hours will the Premier Recruiter work?

Monday-Friday
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Remote, Chicago + California
6-month contract with potential for extension or conversion to permanent hire

How much will you earn as an Premier Recruiter?

Pay is $53.55 per hour
