NOW HIRING: Caregiver Recruiter

Amada Senior Care | Austin, TX

$53,000 - $60,000+ annually based on experience

At Amada Senior Care, we don’t hire just anyone to care for our clients. We serve seniors and families who expect exceptional care, which means we need exceptional caregivers.

We’re looking for a driven, high-energy Caregiver Recruiter who can identify, attract, interview, and hire top-tier caregivers in the Austin market. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, and love finding great talent, we’d love to meet you.

Every caregiver you hire directly impacts the quality of life of a senior in our community.

You’ll play a critical role in helping families receive outstanding care while helping our agency continue to grow as one of Austin’s premier home care providers.

What You’ll Do

Recruit, source, and hire caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and experienced home care professionals

Manage the entire hiring process from application to onboarding

Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews

Build and maintain caregiver pipelines through Indeed, social media, referrals, job fairs, and community outreach

Track recruiting metrics and hiring goals

Maintain applicant records and onboarding documentation

Work closely with operations and scheduling teams to ensure staffing needs are met

Create a positive candidate experience and represent the Amada Senior Care brand professionally

What We’re Looking For

Recruiting experience required

Home care, healthcare staffing, caregiving, CNA, HHA, or healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred

Excellent phone presence and communication skills

Highly organized with strong follow-through

Ability to work independently and meet hiring goals

Strong sense of urgency and accountability

Comfortable using recruiting platforms, applicant tracking systems, and social media recruiting tools

•High level of technical proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Professional appearance and demeanor

Bonus Points For

Experience recruiting caregivers in the Austin market

Healthcare staffing experience

Sales or business development experience

Knowledge of home care industry regulations and hiring requirements
