GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for serving as the primary voice and creative driver behind the brand’s advertising campaigns. Develops compelling, memorable, and highly persuasive concepts and copy that capture attention and inspire immediate brand engagement. Collaborates closely with design and creative teams to translate complex marketing strategies into impactful taglines, video scripts, and integrated multi-channel campaigns, ensuring consistency and strength across all brand communications.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Integrate concepts for 360-degree advertising campaigns across digital, print, and broadcast media.
- Conceptualize marketing ideas/initiatives through engaging graphics, illustrations, and layout, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Master, maintain, and enforce the established verbal brand identity and tone across multiple sources, ensuring consistency in public-facing messaging.
- Collaborate with Graphic Designers and Video Producers to co-create cohesive visual and textual narratives aligned with campaign strategies.
- Write, storyboard, and edit engaging video/audio ads and social media video content.
- Craft persuasive, concise copy for short-form advertising assets (headlines, taglines, social media ads, Google ads, billboards).
- Balance multiple campaign deadlines, transitioning from conceptual development to execution.
- Ensure all materials meet regulatory requirements and are submitted in accordance with applicable guidelines.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, or Business Administration. At least three (3) years of experience in advertising copywriting, creative writing, or marketing content development, or writing high-impact, short-form copy.
