Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Google Review Reinstatement Expert to lead efforts in restoring and managing online reviews for local businesses. In this role, you will utilize your investigative skills, communication expertise, and technical knowledge to identify review issues, craft compelling appeals, and ensure businesses maintain a positive online reputation. Your energetic approach will drive impactful solutions that help businesses thrive in the digital landscape. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible difference by safeguarding and reinstating valuable customer feedback.

Responsibilities

Investigate and analyze flagged or removed Google reviews to determine reinstatement eligibility
Develop clear, persuasive appeal strategies aligned with Google's policies and guidelines
Communicate effectively with Google support teams to facilitate review reinstatement processes
Create engaging multimedia content, including photography and videos, to support review appeals when necessary
Proofread, fact-check, and edit written communications to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism
Manage social media channels to share success stories and promote best practices for online reputation management
Conduct research on evolving Google review policies and industry trends to refine reinstatement techniques

Requirements

Strong understanding of AP style for clear and consistent writing
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues simply and effectively
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs
Experience in photography, videography, editing, and video production to create compelling visual content
Proven research skills combined with fact-checking and proofreading expertise
Background in journalism or copywriting with a focus on social media management is a plus
Ability to work independently while managing multiple cases efficiently
Knowledge of Google review policies, online reputation management tools, and technical troubleshooting is preferred
