Full Job Description

ARSYS is looking to hire Residential Direct Support Professionals.

Applicants Please note, Individuals within this program require assistance for personal cares. Thus, Direct Support Professionals must be able to assist with personal cares. Personal cares include but are not limited to the following: showering/bathing, changing briefs, toileting assistance, brushing teeth, assistance dressing/undressing, medication admin, transfer assistance, assistance while eating.

You must be able and willing to assist individuals with all necessary cares!

As a Direct Support Professional your main role will be to support individuals in daily living tasks, assist in personal cares, promoting self-worth, teaching/modeling independence, cooking meals, cleaning, driving, and participation in activities.

Starting wage range for Direct Support Professionals will be $17.00 to $20.00. Education and experience is welcome but not required. Direct Support Professionals must have a valid driver’s license. Direct Support Professionals must be able to pass a Background check. Direct Support Professionals must have a high school diploma or equivalent

Currently hiring shifts for Direct Support Professional are anywhere from 6am-8pm and 2pm-10pm. However, start and end times can vary depending on the needs of the program. Applicants are ideally available to work every other weekend.

Benefits: ARSYS offers Direct Support Professionals: paid time off, holiday pay, bonuses, Health Insurance (for full time only), 401K, and annual reviews with wage increases, bonus eligible on overtime.

Direct Support Professionals recap:

Hiring DSPs (full time or part time)
DSP must be able to provide assistance for male and/or personal cares.
Pay starts between 17.00 to 20.00 an hour
Benefits: PTO, holiday pay, bonuses, health insurance (full time only), annual reviews with wage increases, 401K
