Full-Time Physical Therapist$5,000 Sign-On BonusWe are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a new graduate beginning your career, we'd love to hear from you! We provide a supportive environment with mentorship, collaboration, and opportunities for professional growth as you help residents maximize their independence and quality of life.This full-time position provides therapy services at both Dove Healthcare Osseo and Dove Healthcare South, offering the opportunity to work with a diverse resident population across two skilled nursing communities.New graduates are encouraged to apply! Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat residents with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and medical conditions.
Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize mobility, function, and independence.
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and payer requirements.
Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment plans, safety, and home exercise programs.
Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as appropriate.

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred, not required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Passion for patient-centered care and team collaboration
Ability to manage responsibilities across multiple sites
