Full Job Description

Role Summary: Support the Store Manager in overseeing sales, merchandising, providing outstanding customer service, demonstrating sales floor leadership and inventory control

Main Accountabilities

Performance Measures / Success criteria

1. Partner with SM and ASM for execution of all policies, procedures and operation of store environment including loss prevention

· Smooth execution of daily operations

2. Become the sales leader within the store environment emphasizing store and individual goals in order to elevate the customer service experience

· Elevated level of customer service

3. Ensure sales team has the knowledge and the tools to perform their job in order to Achieve/exceed personal sales goals

· Goals achieved

· Staff is meeting their goals and expectations

4. Supervise the sales team and follow up on the performance in order to ensure continuous sales coverage and assess the personal performance

· Plan and prepare execution of sales.

· Employee performance monitored and measured

5. Assure sales floor presentation standards and maintain it regularly in order to meet company’s standards

· Visual company standards respected

6. Coordinate with the SM and ASM the stock needs in order ensure that necessary merchandise is available and meets the client requirement

· Required merchandise available on time

7. Assist SM and ASM in contest, events and markdowns in order to increase the sales and realise the personal objectives

· Success of events and sales

· Policies and procedures optimized

Educational Requirements:

· High School Diploma or Advanced degree
Knowledge, Technical Skills and Experience:
· Retail management experience

· Sales negotiation skills, Selling Techniques

· Microsoft Office

· Speaks well and uses effective verbal skills.

Competencies Required:

· Client focus: has the ability to

Explaining and Valuing Greg Norman product and convincing the client to buy

develop and maintain on-going relationships with clients

follow up on clients complaints ensuring that complaints are solved efficiently and do not recur

Communicate clearly the store objectives to his team members and ensure the capability of his team to reach the objectives

· Coaching and developing: has the ability to

Explain the reason for a decision & why goals are important

Diagnose correctly subordinates development needs and set a detailed development plan for subordinates

Identify and care for potential successor

Availability: Nights, Weekends, Holidays- max of 29 hours per week.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

· Must be able to lift heavy boxes – receiving, stocking purposes.

· Must be able to climb a ladder – 8’ or 14’

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
