As a Physician Assistant (PA-C), you will learn the intricacies of rheumatic care from the leaders in the field at the premier rheumatic practice in the country. Responsibilities

Collect detailed patient history and record data for review by physician
Diagnose and treat patients in an efficient, timely, and professional manner
Perform a variety of in-office procedures, including joint and soft tissue injections (shoulder, knee, carpometacarpal, sacroiliac joint, greater trochanteric bursa, trigger point injections, and viscosupplementation for knees).
Evaluate patient lab work, x-rays, etc.
Deliver patient care services under supervision of our rheumatologists
Participate in clinical research conducted by supervising physician
Analyze and assess patient progress and consult with supervising physician.

Requirements

7+ years experience working in a Rheumatology, primary care, orthopedics, PM&R, or pain management setting
Prior experience performing joint and soft tissue injections, with proficiency in using ultrasound guidance for accurate needle placement, is preferred.
Valid CA PA License
Master's Degree in PA Program

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $200,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
