Account Manager / Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Stuart, FL (On-Site | Monday–Friday)

Who We're Looking For

Are you someone who can confidently discuss Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, websites, lead generation, and digital growth strategies with clients? Do you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and helping businesses grow?

Apex Media Solutions is seeking an Account Manager / Digital Marketing Manager to manage client relationships, drive retention, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate execution with our internal marketing teams.

This role combines client management, digital marketing strategy, and business growth. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts while helping clients understand their results and identify opportunities to improve performance.

Whether you're an experienced agency professional or an ambitious marketer with strong hands-on experience, we'd love to hear from you.

Important Requirements

Full-time, on-site position in Stuart, Florida
Must currently reside in South Florida
Must be able to reliably commute to Stuart Monday through Friday
No remote or hybrid work available
No relocation candidates at this time

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Conduct monthly and bi-monthly client strategy and performance meetings
Present campaign results and explain marketing data in clear, understandable terms
Identify opportunities for account growth and additional services
Drive client retention, renewals, and long-term relationship growth
Coordinate with internal teams including paid media, SEO, content, and web development
Proactively address client concerns and account risks
Maintain accurate CRM records and account documentation
Stay informed on emerging digital marketing trends, including AI-powered search and answer engine optimization

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, agency services, or a related field
Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
Hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns
Working knowledge of SEO, local search, and AI search visibility
Familiarity with websites, landing pages, and conversion-focused marketing funnels
Ability to analyze performance data and communicate insights clearly
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and client relationship management skills

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of agency, account management, or digital marketing experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Experience with AI search optimization and answer engine optimization (AEO)
Website project management or website development experience
Experience using CRM, marketing automation, and reporting platforms
Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta, or related certifications
Multi-brand agency or lead-generation experience
