ICU REGISTERED NURSE (RN) – 13-WEEK CONTRACT

Campbell County, Wyoming

Ascendo Healthcare Staffing is actively seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses for an exciting 13-week travel contract near Gillette, Wyoming. Position Details:

Schedule

13-Week Contract
12-Hour Day/Night Rotating Shifts
Full-Time Hours
Immediate Interviews Available

Compensation:

Earn up to $124,800 per year PLUS Weekly Pay & Benefits
Weekly Direct Deposit (Every Friday)

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional nursing care to critically ill and high-acuity adult patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
Perform comprehensive assessments and continuously monitor hemodynamic, respiratory, and neurological status.
Manage patients requiring mechanical ventilation, vasoactive drips, invasive monitoring, central lines, arterial lines, and other advanced critical care therapies.
Administer medications, blood products, and complex IV infusions while responding rapidly to changes in patient condition.
Collaborate with intensivists, hospitalists, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized plans of care.
Participate in rapid responses, code blue events, emergency stabilization, and family education while maintaining accurate electronic documentation.

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) License (WY) or Compact Licensure
Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience
Previous travel nursing experience preferred but not required
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
NIH Stroke Certification preferred
Strong critical thinking, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
