Full Job Description

Atlanta Outpatient Surgery Center in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking an experienced RN Circulator with a minimum of one year of Operating Room experience to join our outpatient surgery team.We are a multi-specialty outpatient surgery center performing orthopedics, spine, plastics, ENT, general, GYN, and interventional pain. No holidays, no call, no weekends and 9 total paid holidays provided (not taken from PTO bank),1 is a floating holiday (your choice). Required Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia (or compact state eligibility, if applicable)
Minimum of one year of Operating Room circulating experience in an acute care or ambulatory surgery setting
RNs with at least five years of scrub experience as a surgical technologist are eligible for training in the circulating role
Current BLS certification
Current ACLS certification (or must be obtained within 90 days of employment)
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Demonstrated knowledge of perioperative nursing standards, sterile technique, and surgical safety protocols
Ability to function effectively in a fast‑paced surgical environment, managing multiple priorities
Strong critical‑thinking and clinical‑assessment skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a patient‑centered approach
