We are seeking dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidates will possess a comprehensive understanding of patient care across various settings, including acute, long-term, and community-based environments. RNs will play a vital role in delivering exceptional nursing services, utilizing their expertise in medical procedures, patient assessment, and care coordination. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment committed to improving patient outcomes through compassionate and evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history documentation using electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic and Cerner.
Administer medications, injections, IV infusions, and perform suturing with precision following aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
Manage complex medical procedures including catheterization, tube feeding, ventilator management, and dialysis treatments.
Provide acute and chronic pain management, trauma care, and participate in emergency response procedures within Level I and Level II trauma centers.
Coordinate patient care plans through case management strategies while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and documentation standards.
Assist with diagnostic evaluations such as laboratory specimen collection, processing, and interpretation of diagnostic imaging results like sonography or mammography.
Support patients with developmental disabilities, memory care needs, behavioral health concerns, or those requiring hospice and palliative care services.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams across specialties including pediatrics, geriatrics, internal medicine, cardiology, ophthalmology, and occupational health to deliver comprehensive care.

Qualifications

Valid RN license with current registration in the applicable state or region.
Extensive experience working in diverse healthcare settings such as hospitals (including ICU and trauma centers), nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or outpatient clinics.
Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems including Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks for accurate medical documentation.
Demonstrated expertise in critical care procedures like airway management, ventilator support, cardiac catheterization recovery, and infectious disease care.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, ICD coding (ICD-9/10), CPT coding for billing purposes, and laboratory procedures.
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable.
Ability to perform advanced nursing skills such as phlebotomy, venipuncture, sterile processing techniques, ostomy care, and neonatal resuscitation procedures.
Excellent communication skills combined with critical thinking abilities to assess patient conditions accurately and respond effectively during emergencies.
