What You’ll Do:

Build trust with Clients and families through comprehensive in-home assessments and individualized care planning
Support care delivery through nurse delegation, ongoing clinical oversight, and hands-on training with our care staff
Monitor client conditions, communicate updates to physicians and families, and advocate for client needs
Collaborate closely with office staff, caregivers, and community partners to deliver exceptional care
Help maintain state compliance and support MDH survey readiness
Contribute to a culture of excellence — your ideas and input are not only welcomed, but encouraged
Be an ambassador of Home Instead and help grow our client base by connecting with potential Clients and referral sources

What We’re Looking For:

A licensed RN in Minnesota
1+ years of nursing experience (home care, hospice, or senior care a plus)
Strong communication and teaching skills
A heart for service, a mind for detail, and a team-first attitude
Comfort navigating both clinical responsibilities and occasional sales conversations
Ability to work independently while staying connected to a collaborative team
Reliable transportation for travel throughout the Twin Cities Metro area
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

All RNs must complete Home Instead’s franchise-specific Home Health Aide training and competency evaluation.

Schedule & Benefits:

Daytime hours — Monday to Friday (8:00AM–4:30PM), based on Client and office needs
No weekends, no holidays!
Full-time
Pay range: $45.00 – $50.00 per hour
50% reimbursement for Medical/Dental/Vision
401(k) with 4% employer match
