Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and assertive Process Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, 5S methodology, and automation. They will excel in change management and possess exceptional communication skills to effectively interact across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
· Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
· Develop and implement process optimization strategies, including the integration of automation technologies.
· Lead 5S initiatives to enhance workplace organization and standardization.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement projects.
· Provide training and support to staff on new processes and technologies.
· Monitor and analyze production metrics to ensure process performance aligns with company goals.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; or an associate degree combined with equivalent manufacturing experience.
· Proven experience in process improvement, 5S methodology, and automation within a manufacturing environment.
· Strong change management skills with the ability to lead and influence others.
· Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with personnel at all organizational levels.
· Demonstrated eagerness and assertiveness in driving process improvements.
· Experience with AutoCAD software, demonstrating proficiency in creating, modifying, and interpreting technical drawings.
· Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools is a plus.
