SM Group is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level Team Members. In this full-time role, you'll engage directly with customers, provide information about telecommunications solutions, and help create positive customer experiences through professional service and support.

We provide comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build valuable professional skills and advance their careers.

What You'll Do as an Entry Level Team Member

Represent Verizon products and services through professional, engaging, and customer-focused interactions
Educate customers on available plans, features, promotions, and service options to help them make informed decisions
Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that align with their communication and connectivity goals
Answer customer questions, address concerns, and provide accurate information regarding products and services
Guide customers through account enrollment, activation, and onboarding processes
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and personalized support
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions while participating in ongoing training, team meetings, and professional development programs

What We're Looking For in an Entry Level Team Member

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
Customer-focused mindset and a genuine passion for helping others
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow professionally
Professional, dependable, and self-motivated approach to daily responsibilities
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or other customer-facing roles is beneficial but not required
