Full Job Description

Licensed Health Insurance Agent — Remote Telesales

We are hiring licensed Health Insurance Agents for a remote telesales role focused on helping Medicare-age clients understand and enroll in insurance options.

Senior Market Consultants LLC has been established for 7 years and continues to grow in the insurance space by helping licensed agents build strong careers while serving Medicare-age clients. We work hard, hold a high standard, and reward performance. This year, top performers had the opportunity to earn an all-inclusive Jamaica incentive trip for themselves and a plus one.

This is a full-time, 1099 independent contractor opportunity for agents who are already licensed in Health Insurance. Life licensing is a plus, but not required.

If you are licensed, hungry, self-managed, and ready to work, this can be a strong opportunity. We provide inbound leads, weekly pay, and a fast onboarding process that can typically be completed in less than 3 days.

What You’ll Do

Speak with inbound leads and prospective clients by phone
Help Medicare-age clients review insurance options
Follow compliance guidelines and carrier requirements
Manage your own schedule while working full-time
Follow up with prospects and clients as needed
Submit accurate applications and documentation
Maintain professionalism, urgency, and strong communication

What We’re Looking For

Active Health Insurance license required
Life Insurance license preferred, but not required
Strong phone communication skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
Good time-management and follow-up habits
Willingness to work full-time
Previous insurance sales experience is helpful, but not required
Medicare experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with commission-based compensation.

Most active agents earn approximately $60,000–$80,000 per year. Top agents can earn over $120,000 per year. Earnings vary based on production, schedule, performance, licensing, and compliance.

Pay is issued weekly.
