Reeds Jewelers in Amherst, NY is looking for a Luxury Sales Associate to add to our team.

Wages ranging from $22/ hour based on experience plus a monthly incentive program and benefits package!

A solid, loyal clientele that will not just seek Reeds Jewelers for their special times but you specifically!
Add to your extended family by building long-term relationships with customers and coworkers.
Maintain excellent and consistent sales record.
Provide unsurpassed customer service and never get caught between the customer and the company.

What Will Be YOUR Responsibility: (including but not limited to)

Build relationships which includes customer reach outs
Driving sales to meet/exceed sales goals
Keep up to date with all internal and brand trainings
Facilitate key customer needs

What Will Help Get YOU in the Door at Reeds (Qualifications):

Retail sales experience a must
Luxury product experience preferred, not required
Positive and outgoing attitude
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Highly reliable
Impeccable organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with a team
The ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time as is typical of luxury retail environments
