JOB TITLE: Aircraft Sales Assistant

SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for greeting customers and managing aircraft sales from beginning to end while collaborating with other team members to ensure all transactions are properly performed. The expectation is, to deliver a white-glove customer experience as the face of our aviation team. You will guide clients through the entire aircraft acquisition process—from the initial consultation to the final handover. You will collaborate with our expert teams to deliver seamless, high-end transactions, all while enjoying the perks and benefits that come along with it! This position is more like an experience than a job.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Organizes all sales functions and ensures that all sales presentation materials are prepared and available prior to deadlines.
· Updates customer records in the company database as required.
· Inputs invoice and bill-back data.
· Analyzes, consolidates, and forwards daily action summaries to appropriate parties.
· Uses data to investigate the logistical history to resolve order and inventory problems.
· Research current market, aircraft market pricing and other useful sales data.
· Offers product, promotion, and pricing information by exploring customer requests.
· Offers sales projections by creating and sending sales tracking reports.
· Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates.
· Collects data to create informative sales presentations.
· Monitors sales expenses by analyzing, tracking, and summarizing expenses.
· Reports any inventory or service issues to management and the appropriate Account Manager immediately.
· Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer skills required:

· Minimum 1 year of experience in fleet scheduling, resource scheduling, operations coordination, or a related administrative operations role.
· Strong ability to manage calendars, schedules, competing priorities, and time-sensitive updates.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· High attention to detail with documents, billing, records, and compliance-related information.
· Strong comfort with Apple products, Apple applications, and cloud-based file sharing.
· Working knowledge of Google Workspace.
· Knowledge of and practical experience using AI tools such as Perplexity, Claude, and ChatGPT.
· Ability to learn new software systems and follow structured processes.
· Professional, customer-focused demeanor.

· Comfort communicating with customers, instructors, vendors, and leadership.
Other skills preferred:
· Knowledge of aircraft performance capabilities, or familiarity with logbooks and pre-buy inspections are a distinct advantage.
· Experience in aviation, flight training, aircraft operations, aircraft maintenance coordination, or another regulated operational environment.
· Working Knowledge of Slack.
· 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or luxury client services.
· A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field is highly preferred.

Pay range:
$25-$40 per hour, depending on experience.
Type:
Full-time, non-exempt/hourly, in-person – this is not a remote, hybrid or WFH position.
Schedule:
9 am - 5:30 pm
5 days per week in office – this is not a remote position.
