Full Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Residential Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed in a competitive market. We are one of the largest Deck builders in the Pittsburgh market. We have also entered the Cleveland market.

Responsibilities:

You will work out of our Mars office, travel to appointments in the greater Pittsburgh market and Eastern Cleveland market, a few nights of travel a month will be required, some Saturdays are required, this is a 50+ hour job if you are motivated and want to make over $100,000. You will be given a company car, credit card, health insurance, 401k, 10 days vacation plus the company shuts down from Christmas Eve-January 1st fully paid! It's a great place to work so if you are motivated and seeking a high income please apply!
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in the residential market
- Identify and target new customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to close sales
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Manage and grow existing accounts through regular communication and account management
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities

Experience:
- Proven experience in residential sales, outside sales, or technology sales
- Strong ability to market products effectively and negotiate deals
- Demonstrated success in business development and account management
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships and excellent computer skills are a must
