About Levite Construction

Levite Construction is a growing Design-Build remodeling company specializing in high-end residential renovations and commercial tenant improvements throughout the Greater Seattle area. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, quality craftsmanship, and building lasting relationships with our clients.

We're looking for more than just a salesperson—we're seeking a trusted success manager who is passionate about helping clients transform their homes and businesses.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of selling and closing high-value residential and commercial construction projects, understands the Design-Build process, and knows how to prepare accurate, professional proposals and estimates using CRM and construction management software. They communicate with confidence, build lasting relationships with clients and referral partners, and collaborate effectively with our design, estimating, and project management teams.

We're looking for a highly motivated, results-driven professional who is confident in their ability to succeed in a commission-based compensation environment and is excited by the opportunity to earn exceptional income through performance. The right candidate is organized, self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to play a key role in the continued growth of the company.

What You'll Do

Meet with residential and commercial clients to understand their project goals.
Conduct on-site consultations and evaluate project opportunities.
Develop solutions in collaboration with our design, estimating, and project management teams.
Prepare and present professional proposals using our CRM software.
Negotiate contracts and successfully close projects.
Build long-term relationships with homeowners, investors, developers, architects, property managers, and business owners.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM software.
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity throughout the sales process.

Qualifications & Experience

Required: minimum 4 years of successful construction sales experience.
Required: minimum 2 years selling Design-Build or General Contracting services.
Required: experience using Job Tread, or other CRM/construction management software.
Proven success selling both residential and commercial construction projects.
Experience closing projects valued between $100,000 and $2,000,000+.
Demonstrated annual sales production of $2M–$5M+.
Experience selling and managing projects including:
Kitchen remodels
Bathroom remodels
Home renovations
Home additions and ADUs
New Construction
Commercial Tenant Improvements (TI)
Office remodels
Restaurants
Retail spaces
Light commercial construction
Strong understanding of construction contracts, project scopes, allowances, change orders, budgeting, and construction sequencing.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans, construction drawings, specifications, and estimates.
Basic understanding of permitting and construction processes.
Experience preparing professional construction estimates and proposals using estimating software.
Ability to maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurately track opportunities in a CRM.
Existing network of homeowners, investors, developers, architects, property managers, or commercial clients in the Greater Seattle/Bellevue market is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, highly organized, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Residential Design-Build remodeling experience is strongly preferred.
Commercial Tenant Improvement (TI) experience is strongly preferred.

Compensation

Commission: 8%–10% of Gross Profit +Performance-based bonuses
On-Target Earnings: $100,000–$300,000+ annually
Performance bonuses based on annual sales goals and company growth.
