Full Job Description

Are you the salesperson everyone counts on to open doors, build relationships, and close B2B Commercial accounts?

We're looking for an experienced Commercial Outside Sales Representative to develop new business throughout the Decatur region. If you're motivated by winning, enjoy meeting business owners face-to-face, and want a compensation plan that rewards performance, we want to hear from you.

This is a true hunter role. 100% on the road.

What You'll Do

Bring on new commercial customers
Meet with business owners and decision-makers throughout your territory
Create a successful pipeline through networking, referrals, and in-person visits
Conduct professional sales presentations with customized proposals and agreements
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales goals
Represent our company with professionalism and integrity

What We're Looking For

3+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience
Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong closing skills and relationship building
Self-motivated with excellent time management
Comfortable working independently in the field
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
