Roofing & More, Inc. is hiring a high-performing Commissioned Sales Representative to join our growing exterior remodeling team.

We are not looking for an order-taker.

We are looking for a sales professional who wants to follow a structured, repeatable process rooted in:

Sandler Sales principles (qualify hard, sell with integrity, control the process)
Certified Contractor Network (CCN) best practices (professional presentation, value-based selling, customer experience)

What You’ll Be Doing

As a commissioned sales representative, you will:

Run scheduled in-home appointments with homeowners
Follow the CCN Customer Buying Experience and presentation process
Use Sandler-style discovery to identify pain, urgency, and commitment
Set clear expectations and next steps using upfront agreements
Present premium exterior solutions with confidence and professionalism
Manage the full sales cycle from first appointment to signed agreement.
Accurately document activity and pipeline in our CRM
Partner with operations and production teams to ensure smooth project handoffs
Consistently meet sales and performance metrics

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record & background check.
Comfortable working on roofs, climbing ladders, and accessing attics.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently AND as part of the team.
Ability to present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.
Must be comfortable working in various weather conditions.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
