Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Mobility Analyst to join our Human Resources team. This role is pivotal in managing employee relocation processes, ensuring seamless mobility services, and maintaining compliance with employment laws and company policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of HR systems and legal frameworks related to employee movement across regions. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to global talent management initiatives, optimize mobility programs, and support employee experience through efficient process execution.

Duties

Coordinate international and domestic employee relocations, including visa processing, housing arrangements, and travel logistics.
Manage mobility-related data collection, entry, and analysis within HR information systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws, including FMLA regulations, workers' compensation policies, HIPAA privacy standards, and other legal requirements.
Oversee payroll management for mobile employees using systems like Dayforce, ADP, or Paylocity; ensure accurate payroll processing and benefits administration.
Administer health insurance plans and benefits programs tailored for relocating employees; liaise with benefits providers to resolve issues.
Support employee orientation sessions focused on mobility policies, contractual obligations, and HR legal compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including recruiting, legal, payroll, and finance—to streamline mobility workflows.
Conduct data analysis to monitor program effectiveness; prepare regulatory reporting related to employee movement.
Negotiate vendor contracts for relocation services; evaluate service quality to optimize costs and employee satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of employment contracts, employee evaluations, and compliance documentation.

Requirements

Proven experience in human resources or mobility management roles; familiarity with HR legal compliance standards such as FMLA, HIPAA, and employment law.
Strong knowledge of HR systems including Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or UltiPro; experience with data collection and analysis tools.
Proficiency in payroll management systems like ADP or Paylocity; understanding of payroll processing for mobile employees.
Knowledge of benefits administration processes including health insurance plans and workers' compensation policies.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and convey complex information clearly.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as Medicare regulations and regulatory reporting obligations.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Experience working with ERP systems such as Lawson or PeopleSoft is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills coupled with problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
