Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

Assist in the support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of EHR, Practice Management, Revenue Cycle, and integrated solutions, specifically Athena Health clinical applications.
Participate in the configuration and customization of clinical applications to meet the needs of SCA’s specialty practices.
Work with end-users to identify, document, and resolve issues related to clinical applications.
Assist in the development and execution of test plans, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing for system updates and new system implementations.
Support data integrity initiatives by assisting with data extraction, reporting, and analysis.
Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, clinical staff, and vendors to ensure seamless system operations.
Develop training materials and provide end-user training and support, as needed.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare technology and clinical applications.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in a systems administrator or analyst capacity using Athena Health applications in a provider practice environment, required.
Comfortable communicating directly with physicians, practice operations, revenue cycle, and external vendors, required.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a changing and fast-paced environment.
Experience using ServiceNow, ZenDesk, Jira, or equivalent ticketing systems, preferred.
Experience working with specialty practices a plus.

Min: USD $75,000.00/Yr. Max: USD $85,000.00/Yr.
