Full Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and maintaining effective communication within the organization. This position requires a proactive individual who is detail-oriented and possesses excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Assist in clerical duties such as filing, typing, and proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members as needed.
Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies when necessary.
Support various administrative tasks to enhance overall office productivity.

Requirements

Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a front desk role is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
Excellent customer support skills with a friendly demeanor.
Familiarity with clerical tasks, including filing, typing, and proofreading documents.
Demonstrated phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
