Full Job Description

Bryant Security has proudly served the South Florida community since 1985. We invite you to join our team of dedicated security professionals.

We are seeking an experienced Armed Security Officer for a post in Weston. The post is a secured facility.

The initial interview may be conducted over Zoom.

Officer Qualifications:

5 years security experience or similar access control based position
Licensed D and G Security Officer with your own firearm and related equipment
Professional appearance
Must have a strong command of the English Language

Compensation:

Officers: $22.00 per hour

Schedule:1 -16Hours

10:00 AM - 18:00 (Saturday)
10:00 AM- 18:00 ( Sunday)

Schedule:2

06:00-14:30- Monday- Friday
OFF -Saturday & Sunday

Schedule:3

14:30-23:00 Monday - Friday
OFF- Saturday & Sunday

Minimum Requirements:

Must be well groomed with a professional appearance
Must have a valid Class D and Class G Security License
Must have your own firearm, duty belt, 2 extra magazines and a retention holster. Equipment is subject to inspection, prior to being assigned to the post.
Must be able to pass a Level II criminal background investigation and drug screening
Must have DD214 of Law Enforcement Certificate

Skills:
- Proficiency in CCTV monitoring and surveillance techniques
- Ability to respond quickly in case of emergencies

Duties:
- Patrol designated areas to detect and prevent unauthorized access
- Monitor surveillance equipment and alarms
- Respond to emergencies and security threats
- Conduct security checks and inspections
- Write detailed incident reports
