Experienced Relationship Sales Professional | Warm Leads | Full-Time Remote

$40,000 Base + Unlimited Performance Bonus ($20k+ first year avg)

Build trust.

Schedule qualified appointments for our acquisitions team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Speak with homeowners who have already contacted us.
Build rapport quickly through genuine conversations.
Ask thoughtful questions to understand each person's situation.
Qualify opportunities and schedule appointments.
Maintain detailed CRM notes.
Follow up consistently with warm leads.
Manage your pipeline independently.
Communicate professionally with both homeowners and teammates.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Required

3+ years of professional experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, Banking, Insurance, Mortgage, Financial Services, or Inside Sales.
Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
Extensive experience conducting customer conversations primarily by phone.
Experience managing a CRM.
Professional home office with reliable high-speed internet.
Quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for professional phone conversations.
