Full Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Order Takers and Servers to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a knack for efficiently processing orders while ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This role is essential in maintaining the flow of operations in our café or quick-service restaurant, and you will play a key part in delivering exceptional service. This is an hourly plus cash tips. Tips collected daily. High wage potential position for the right candidate!

Must be available weekends

Duties

Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using the POS system.
Provide assistance to customers by answering questions about menu items and making recommendations based on their preferences.
Ensure that all orders are processed quickly and efficiently, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Help maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and workstations, including bussing tables as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, striving to resolve issues promptly.
Assist with inventory management by reporting low stock levels of supplies or ingredients to management.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a grocery store or quick-service fast food restaurant setting.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with customers and team members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Must be able to help with cleaning duties, including sanitizing surfaces and bussing tables as needed.
A proactive attitude towards helping customers and ensuring their satisfaction is essential.
