Ritchey Automotive in Jackson, MS - home to Audi Jackson, Land Rover Jackson, and Volkswagen Jackson - is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our service operations and continue delivering the exceptional customer experience our luxury-brand clients expect!

This is an outstanding career opportunity with significant earning potential for a proven automotive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

As Service Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, maximizing department productivity and profitability, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring operational excellence throughout the service department. We are looking for a dynamic, organized leader with outstanding communication, planning, and execution skills who can consistently achieve operational and financial goals while fostering a positive culture for both customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all service department operations
Prioritize required services and present service options when appropriate
Ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience, whether in person, online, or by phone
Keep customers informed regarding repair progress, completion times, service expenses, and recommended modifications
Hire, train, coach, and manage service advisors and technicians
Maintain a strong understanding of vehicle systems, products, and manufacturer standards to effectively assist customers and staff
Monitor departmental performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction
Document declined services and establish follow-up processes for future service opportunities
Build and maintain a culture centered on accountability, teamwork, and customer care

Qualifications

Previous experience in an Automotive Service Management position is required
Proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Track record of achieving performance goals and developing successful teams
Luxury or import franchise experience is a plus
