About HouseMaster

HouseMaster Home Inspections has been helping home buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals throughout South Jersey for years. We pride ourselves on professionalism, communication, and building lasting relationships with our Realtor partners.

We're looking for a friendly, outgoing individual who enjoys talking with people and wants to help us grow our network of real estate professionals.

No sales experience is required—we'll provide all the training you need.

About the Position

Your role is simple: introduce HouseMaster to local real estate agents and schedule coffee meetings between them and our owner, Eric Spears.

This is not a high-pressure sales position. You're simply making friendly phone calls, introducing our company, and asking if the agent would be interested in meeting the owner for coffee to learn more about HouseMaster and how we can work together.

Responsibilities

Call local real estate agents from our provided contact list.
Introduce HouseMaster in a friendly and professional manner.
Schedule coffee meetings for the owner.
Record notes from each conversation.
Follow up with agents who request another call.
Keep contact information organized and up to date.

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

Friendly and enjoys talking with people.
Professional and courteous on the phone.
Confident speaking with new people.
Reliable and dependable.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Comfortable using a computer for basic data entry.
Willing to learn.

Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Schedule

Part-time (approximately 10–20 hours per week)
