Full Job Description

ComSonics is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Repair Services Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making in person calls on cable systems within a multi-state territory where you will meet with customers to promote the sale of ComSonics' equipment repair services as well as pick up and ship equipment for repair.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage efficient travel routes to maximize customer engagement
Pick up, package, and ship equipment to designated repair facilities (minimum every two days)
Accurately complete and distribute all required service and shipping documentation
Handle and document customer complaints and ensure timely communication internally
Provide product demonstrations in support of sales efforts when needed
Communicate regularly with internal teams
Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's degree preferred.
One year of sales related experience preferably in the cable industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
