Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Bluemont Estate. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing customer relationships within wedding venue sector. Your contributions will be vital in helping us achieve our mission of delivering outstanding service and results.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales growth.
Identify new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Manage account portfolios effectively, ensuring all client needs are met.
Utilize CRM software for tracking sales activities and managing customer interactions.
Collaborate with team members to create effective sales strategies.
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in wedding venue or related fields.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
