Compensation

Indeed requires a salary range to publish this listing.

Compensation for this role is primarily equity.

You’ll be joining as a founding technical leader. That means you’ll have the opportunity to earn meaningful ownership in the company, with equity negotiated based on your experience, commitment, and long-term contribution.
