In this Role you will

Define clear, unambiguous written criteria for what constitutes successful and unsuccessful task completion across diverse administrative and workflow scenarios.
Meticulously observe and document AI agent behaviors, producing crisp, precise summaries and reports in high-quality English.
Iterate and refine evaluation tasks and rubrics based on feedback and team collaboration to ensure robust benchmarking methodologies.
Work cross-functionally across a wide range of domains, adapting evaluation frameworks as project requirements evolve.
Collaborate with the customer's team to share insights and help drive continuous improvement in AI evaluation techniques.
Champion meticulousness, structured observation, and clear written communication throughout all project deliverables.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for AI models and applications across various platforms including mobile (Android and iOS) and web.
Conduct rigorous testing of APIs, RESTful services, and system integrations to ensure seamless functionality and performance.
Perform detailed root cause analysis on issues identified during testing phases, collaborating with development teams to implement effective solutions.
Automate testing processes using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, and scripting languages like Python or JavaScript to increase efficiency and coverage.
Evaluate AI model outputs through user acceptance testing (UAT) and A/B testing methodologies to validate accuracy and user experience.
Support continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps to streamline release cycles.
Analyze large datasets using SQL, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, or MongoDB to identify patterns, anomalies, or performance bottlenecks impacting AI systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements gathering, system testing, performance testing (using LoadRunner or similar tools), and release management.
Contribute to quality assurance documentation including test cases, test scripts, defect reports, and test summaries to ensure transparency and traceability.

Experience

Proven experience in software testing with a focus on AI or machine learning applications.
Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber.
Hands-on experience with mobile testing on Android and iOS platforms using relevant tools and emulators.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, JSON/XML data formats, and API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java or C# for scripting automation tasks.
Solid understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with performance testing tools like LoadRunner or JMeter to evaluate system scalability under load conditions.
Knowledge of database management systems including MySQL, SQL Server (Microsoft SQL Server), Oracle or DB2 for data analysis and troubleshooting.
Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex issues related to system integration or software quality assurance processes.
