Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Director specializing in Solar Photovoltaic (PV), Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure (EVCI). This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to lead growth initiatives, forge strong industry partnerships, and drive the expansion of innovative renewable energy solutions. As a key driver of our business, you will leverage your expertise to identify new market opportunities, develop strategic plans, and cultivate lasting customer relationships that accelerate our mission to deliver sustainable energy solutions worldwide.

Duties

Lead the development and execution of comprehensive business strategies for solar PV, BESS, and EVCI projects to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through proactive outreach, industry networking, and strategic partnerships.
Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing—ensuring alignment with company goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, government agencies, utilities, and industry stakeholders to foster trust and long-term collaboration.
Oversee project management activities related to business development initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Utilize CRM software Global Shop Solutions to track leads, manage customer interactions, analyze sales data, and optimize outreach efforts.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that elevate brand awareness and generate qualified leads within the renewable energy sector.

Experience

Proven track record in business development within the solar PV, BESS, or EVCI markets with a demonstrated ability to close complex deals.
Extensive experience using CRM software for sales tracking and customer relationship management.
Strong background in strategic planning, sales negotiations, and project management within the renewable energy or related sectors.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Familiarity with marketing strategies aimed at promoting renewable energy solutions to various stakeholders.
Knowledge of industry regulations, market trends, and competitive landscape in clean energy technologies is highly desirable.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
