Job Summary:

Solar Energy Solutions (SES) Louisville, KY is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Solar Installer to join our team. As the region's largest and most experienced solar design, engineering, and construction company, SES has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality solar energy solutions. As a Solar Installer, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission of providing clean, sustainable energy to homes, businesses, and communities throughout the tri-state region and beyond.

WHO THIS ROLE IS GREAT FOR:

This role is a great fit for someone that has been working in a construction job and or roofing job.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing solar panels on residential and commercial properties, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.

Duties:

Install, assemble, and mount solar PV racking systems, panels, and inverters
Perform electrical wiring and connections for solar installations
Conduct site visits and assessments to determine optimal placement and layout of panel arrays
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure successful project completion
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations during installation and maintenance activities
Troubleshoot and repair solar energy systems as needed
Assist in the commissioning and testing of installed systems
Previous experience in solar panel installation is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Knowledge of electrical wiring principles and codes
Physical stamina and ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
