About Us: GOAL is a marketing technology platform built for insurance agencies. We provide agents with the proprietary tools and strategic guidance they need to attract, capture, and convert insurance shoppers into paying customers

We've spent over 15 years in insurance marketing, and we've built solutions that help agents get off the shared lead treadmill. Our platform includes customizable sales funnels, targeting tools, compliance-focused tech, and professional branding services that put agents in the driver's seat of their customer acquisition.

Location: Remote (AZ, FL, GA, MA, NC, NV, OH, PA, TX, UT, WI)

The Role

We're hiring an Account Executive to drive new customer acquisition through consultative, solution-oriented selling. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and functions as a market advisor, helping agency owners evaluate their marketing operations, compliance exposure, and long-term growth strategy.

Rather than following scripted sales processes, you’ll exercise discretion in prospect selection, discovery strategy, deal structuring and solution positioning based on each agency’s business needs. You'll work like a business consultant, not a lead vendor. You'll find agencies with marketing budgets, figure out what's broken in their current setup (low contact rates, compliance gaps, weak branding), and show them how GOAL can give them predictable growth, a professional market presence, and direct access to consumers

What You'll Do

Strategic Prospecting & Market Analysis

Identify and prioritize prospective agencies based on market spend, growth readiness andoperational maturity.
Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies using a variety of communication channels and engagement approaches.
Spearhead market outreach to current industry players

Consultative Sales Execution

Own the full, end-to-end sales process from initial engagement through account creation..
Translate complex ad tech concepts (clicks, bid strategies, funnels, APIs) into plain business terms
Conduct discovery conversations that evaluate agency operations, compliance posture, marketing, inefficiencies and growth objectives
Demonstrate how building their own brand compounds over time versus renting someone else's
Recommend tailored solutions, pricing structures, and campaign strategies aligned with client goals and risk tolerance.

Market & Regulatory Awareness

Monitor with industry changes, especially FCC rules and compliance requirements
Position GOAL as the smart choice when regulations tighten
Share gathered market intelligence with our internal teams to support product positioning and strategic planning

Deal Ownership and Internal Coordination

Maintain accurate sales documentation to support forecasting and performance analysis
Collaborate with our internal Agency Success team to ensure effective client transition post sale and consistent support throughout the relationship

What You Need

Required:

2-5 years in B2B sales (SaaS, Insurtech, or AdTech experience is a plus)
At least 1 year of proven, effective cold outreach experience, including cold calling, cold email, and multi-touch outbound prospecting.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles requiring strategic analysis and customized solutions autonomously
Familiarity with marketing platforms, CRM integrations, and analytics
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for client facing events
Experience using diagnostic sales approaches (Gap Selling, Challenger, Sandler, etc.) to find problems instead of just pitching features
Must live in one of our approved states (listed above)

Nice to Have:

Experience selling to insurance agents or real estate agents
Knowledge of programmatic ad buying, lead distribution, or digital marketing
Understanding of brand development or creative services sales

Compensation & Benefits

Pay:

Base: $40K-$60K
OTE: $85K-$115K (commissions are uncapped)
Performance bonuses for hitting monthly and quarterly goals
