Ironside Business Solutions designs, builds, and supports custom workstation and high-performance computing solutions for businesses across a wide range of industries. As we continue expanding our Business Solutions division, we’re looking for a Business Solutions Consultant to help us build something exceptional.

This isn’t a role where you’ll simply manage an existing territory or sell from a predefined list of accounts. You’ll have the opportunity to identify new markets, develop long-term customer relationships, and help shape how Ironside grows its presence in the business technology space.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Business Solutions Consultant, you’ll work directly with organizations to understand how they operate, identify technology challenges, and recommend custom computing solutions that improve performance, reliability, and productivity.

Your responsibilities will include:

Developing new B2B relationships through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
Researching industries and identifying organizations that are a strong fit for Ironside Business Solutions.
Conducting discovery conversations to understand customer workflows, technical requirements, and business objectives.
Designing and recommending custom computing solutions tailored to each customer’s unique environment.
Building and managing a healthy sales pipeline using our CRM.
Preparing proposals and guiding opportunities through the sales process.
Working closely with engineering, production, and leadership to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Sharing customer feedback, competitive insights, and market intelligence that helps shape the future of our Business Solutions division.

1-3 years of sales experience.

Experience selling B2B technology solutions is preferred, but we also value curiosity, coachability, professionalism, and a genuine desire to solve customer problems.

First-Year On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000–$120,000+
Uncapped commission with significant long-term earning potential.
