**Job Title:** Office Supervisor

**Part-Time Position**

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Supervisor to lead our administrative team and ensure the efficient operation of our office. As an Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily office activities, providing support to staff members, and maintaining a productive and positive work environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Supervise and manage the daily operations of the office, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Lead and mentor a team of administrative professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of administrative staff, providing constructive feedback and recognition.
Assist in the planning and implementation of office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
Maintain an organized and clean office environment, ensuring all areas meet health and safety standards.
Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and managing correspondence.
Develop and maintain office policies and procedures, updating them as needed.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
Manage inventory and order office supplies as needed to ensure adequate resources are available.
Assist in budget preparation and expense management for the office.

**Qualifications:**

Proven experience as an office supervisor or in a similar administrative role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and management.
Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
